I want to report a bug. How can I do that?
Drop us an email and describe what happened or send us the page URL that’s causing you trouble. We’ll take action immediately and fix the situation ASAP. We welcome your comments and reports – they’re much appreciated.
I cannot find the answer to my question, what should I do?
If you couldn’t find an answer to your question, please let us know – send us an email, a Facebook message, a Twitt, or simply leave us a comment below. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
I do not receive any deals notifications nor can see the drop-down menu! What should I do?
If you aren’t receiving any notifications, that means one of two things: either you’ve uninstalled or disabled the extension, or there simply aren’t any deals available for that particular page you’re visiting.
If you want to make absolutely sure there aren’t any offered sales on that page, look at the top right hand side of your browser. Next to your address bar (where you type in your URLs), you should see a dollar sign.

Click the dollar sign. You’ll either see a “No deals found” message or you’ll see a pop-up window with available sales and discounts listed.
I have an online shop and I want to work with SmartDeals. How can I do that?
Just send us an email. We’ll send you information about becoming one of SmartDeals’ partners.
I have other extensions installed on my browser, will SmartDeals collide with them?
No, SmartDeals will not interfere with any other extensions you have installed in your browser.
You’ll see other extensions’ notifications in their normal places or under the SmartDeals offer bar.
